Thanksgiving Day is so near ... we are actually celebrating next weekend with family visiting from out of town.

Here's a quick and easy card that defines the day perfectly, created for a special person.  It's also my entry for three challenges:
I also used a free graphic for the dictionary page from The Old Design Shop.  That's a place I will definitely visit again!  Thanks, sister, for the link!

OOOHHHH ... I have to update my photo.  The first one did not do the card any justice ... that's what I get for trying to photograph in dim light.  Here's the better version that really shows the true colors; I'll leave the original on the blog for comparison purposes.

  1. I had to stop on over and let you know how pretty those flowers are! The colors here are perfect for Autumn too.

Thank you so much for playing along with our challenge this week at Cheery Lynn Designs!

  2. What lovely flowers you have created, Dodie and I love the soft autumn colors. Good luck and thanks for joining in on the fun at Cheery Lynn Designs challenge.

  3. Thank you for sharing your wonderfull project with the DT from Frilly and Funkie Hugs Terry xxxx

  4. Fabulous card, beautiful colours and the flowers are gorgeous. Thanks for joining us at Frilly and Funkie. Sue C x

  5. Dodie what a beautiful card. Your Sweet Williams flowers are so nice in the fall colors. Really unique that you use a dictionary page with them words on it for the tag. Thanks for joining us in the Cheery Lynn Challenge. Good Luck to you.

  6. Gorgeous card! Love those beautiful flowers!

I love hearing your comments! Thanks for visiting!
