Oliver's Album

I've been stymied as to how to finish off this page.  At first, it was just everything except for the photos.  I couldn't decide which photo to use.  Then, all of a sudden, it hit me!  I decided to make it into a flip album.  Now I don't have to pick one photo of Oliver, our grandson.  Instead, I can add photos as I take them, along with journaling on the back of each page.

Everything (except for the washi tape) is a Tim Holtz product.  I love everything he creates! The album starts with this photo (and each photo is then layered on top of this one). He is just 4 hours old in this picture, and I got to hold him!

The next photo is so funny. He couldn't keep his little mittens on his hands, so they tried using socks.  If there was a caption contest, I think it would say something like this:  "What am I getting myself into?  Don't these people realize that they put socks on my hands?"

Now, here's my favorite (so far). Grampa and Oliver seem to be sizing each other up.

This is the most recent photo from last week.  My friend gave him this outfit, and his mommy and daddy thought it would be perfect to wear when he came to visit us.

I absolutely LOVE these grunge blocks made to look like letterpress.  The ribbon is dyed using the same colors that are on the blocks.  Swoon!
