Did I scare you? I was playing in my "studio" this morning. Just letting the creative juices flow. This is what resulted. I'm feelin' purty proud of myself.
Last weekend, I purchased the Sweet Williams die from Cheery Lynn Designs. I used a Tim Holtz stamp for the harlequin design and then used Sparkle and Sprinkle's midnight black embossing powder. The ribbon was stamped in black archival ink with the word boo and then colored with Concord Purple Distress Ink. I added Glossy Accents to the flower petals and then sprinkled on black detail glitter. A black pearl finished off the flower. Then I added an orange feather next to the black bird trinket.
I just discovered that this card is eligible to enter in the Black and Orange Challenge (#102) at Cheery Lynn Designs. You can see the challenge here.
Beautiful card ... mine? Good luck in the challenge.
